TekFidelity helps organizations assess, plan, modernize, implement, manage, troubleshoot and support technology. It exists for organizations facing a consequential technology decision who do not want the answer to arrive as a document someone else has to figure out how to execute. The firm provides senior advisory across technology strategy and modernization, AI and automation, and technology and AI opportunity assessment — and carries that judgment into infrastructure and wireless engineering, program and project leadership, and digital experience.
ADVISE, DESIGN, DELIVER, OPERATE
Four capabilities, arranged so the advice and the execution are never separate purchases. Advise covers assessment, strategy, modernization planning, architecture, AI opportunity identification and prioritization. Design covers network and infrastructure planning, wireless engineering, technical design, site readiness and deployment planning. Deliver covers implementation coordination, program and project leadership, stakeholder and vendor management, deployment oversight, cutover, acceptance and operational handoff. Operate covers ongoing support, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, recurring assessment and lifecycle management. Consulting judgment leads; delivery capability is what makes that judgment useful.
HOW ENGAGEMENTS WORK
A client may engage TekFidelity for one stage or for several. An engagement can begin with an assessment and end there. It can begin with a problem nobody has diagnosed yet. It can pick up a project that has already stalled, or continue after implementation as recurring support. Across the technology lifecycle that means assess, plan, design, coordinate, implement, validate, support, troubleshoot and eventually refresh. Not every engagement includes every stage — and TekFidelity will say which stages a given piece of work actually needs rather than selling the whole sequence by default.
WHAT MAKES THE FIRM DIFFERENT
Two familiar options usually fail this problem, and TekFidelity is deliberately neither of them. A strategy consultancy produces a recommendation and leaves before anyone discovers what it costs to implement. A break/fix provider or commodity managed-service vendor arrives after something is already broken, with no involvement in the decisions that broke it. TekFidelity is built for the space between: senior-level judgment about what should be done, joined to practical accountability for getting it done and for whether it still works afterwards.
HOW THE WORK IS APPROACHED
Understand the actual problem before prescribing technology. That means scoping from the environment rather than from a product list, and weighing what a decision will cost to operate and eventually replace, not only to buy. Engagements can include coordinating the people a technology change actually depends on — leadership, end users, internal IT, facilities, vendors and contractors — and designing with implementation in mind rather than handing over a design that cannot be built as drawn. What gets delivered is validated against the requirement it was built to, and the firm can remain involved afterwards where ongoing support is appropriate. Findings are written to be usable by whoever operates the environment next, because knowledge that does not transfer is not a deliverable. Every environment teaches something the last one did not, and that gets carried forward.
FOUNDER-LED, BUILT AS A FIRM
TekFidelity is founder-led today, and structured as a professional firm rather than a personality-based practice. It was founded by Bevan John, Principal Consultant, who brings twenty-five years across technology, operations, infrastructure, program leadership, engineering and AI, and a BS in Information Technology from Arizona State University. Clients work directly with the senior consultant accountable for the outcome, without an account-management layer in between. The firm engages specialists and delivery partners as an engagement requires, and says plainly when a scope calls for capability it should bring in rather than claim. What follows is not a résumé — it is where the firm’s judgment came from.
LEADERSHIP AT SCALE
Judgment across a distributed environment is a different discipline from judgment on a single system. As Branch Chief responsible for technology operations across 41 National Park Service locations, he led IT specialists and coordinated technology initiatives across a geographically distributed federal environment — translating technical problems into decisions stakeholders could act on. The underlying standard was set earlier, in the U.S. Army, across military intelligence, Nodel Networks and human resources: separate fact from assumption, weigh evidence, understand risk, and decide when the information is incomplete but improving. Operations at that scale is also why the firm measures a solution by whether it keeps working after everyone stops watching it.
ENGINEERING DEPTH
The advisory is credible because the engineering is real. The technical foundation spans networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity and cloud, built across enterprise and federal environments. Wireless is where that foundation runs deepest and is most currently credentialed — predictive Wi-Fi and RF design, site surveys, validation and troubleshooting, spectrum analysis, and Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 environments. He holds the ECSE-Design certification and TekFidelity is an Ekahau reseller partner, while working across a broader technology partner ecosystem and keeping recommendations independent of any vendor relationship. TekFidelity also develops and operates its own technology — including TekFidelityIQ, an operational-intelligence product for enterprise Wi-Fi environments, alongside current work in retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows and human review and approval systems. AI should accelerate analysis and improve judgment without removing human accountability; TekFidelity is not an AI agency, and AI is one capability inside the practice.
